About Alexandra
In 2019 Alexandra became a Certified Athletic Therapist and, subsequently in 2021, a Registered Massage Therapist. In addition to her certifications, she has an Honours Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences in Athletic Therapy and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
Alexandra began her therapy career honing her skills at multiple clinics throughout the GTA. During her career, Alexandra has worked with a wide variety of clientele ranging from children to the elderly and from weekend warrior to CFL athlete. Alexandra currently provides treatment out of Pinebush Physiotherapy & Wellness in Cambridge, Ontario.
Alexandra believes that manual therapy paired with proper movement is the key to a healthy lifestyle. Outside of her practice she has a variety of experience with fitness including being a varsity athlete in rugby, flag football, and OPA powerlifting. She currently has a movement practice to explore a more functional side of physical fitness.
